Dots on the Map: Plotting and Querying Crash and Crime Data from a Variety of Data Sources is Part 2 of a training series designed to provide participants with the tools necessary to utilize Microsoft Access® to analyze agency data and develop data-driven and measurable deployment strategies designed to support the implementation of the Data Drive Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety (DDACTS) model. At the end of this block of instruction, the participant will be able to describe and explain thepurpose of crash and crime analysis, data sources, and the data structures in the relational database Microsoft Access®.
