In this course you will learn: how our implicit beliefs about intelligence, ability and learning affect our chosen learning behaviors and thus our results; how we can shift our implicit and explicit messages to cultivate growth intelligence contexts in learning and at work; four types of mistakes and how to think about each kind as well as how to respond to making each type of mistake in the interest of improving performance and, specific behaviors that contribute to continuous improvement and improved performance.
